About Me

👋 I’m Carolyn Marco, a Dallas/Ft. Worth-based multidisciplinary artist and educator. My work explores material transformation, sustainability, and creative connection.

Through Kiki Knows Art, I develop workshops for libraries, museums, community spaces, and private events that highlight upcycling, wearable art, and sustainable making.

With a background in metal smithing and jewelry, I combine design sensibility with an experimental spirit, using reclaimed and salvaged materials to create meaningful, hands-on experiences.

I received my B.F.A. in Metals and Jewelry from the University of North Texas in 2003. I’m a Gallery Educator at the Dallas Museum of Art, where I also teach youth summer camps, and this year I was honored to be named a Carter Community Artist.

Formerly a Creative Director and jewelry designer at Fossil Group, I led sustainability initiatives that transformed corporate excess into community-based art projects. Today, my work continues to inspire others to make, mend, and reimagine—finding beauty and purpose in the overlooked and discarded.
